In an attempt to do something differently, ask yourself:
1) What would I be able to do if I felt less anxious?
2) If I do them, what could/would go wrong?
3) If my prediction is wrong and things turn out better than expected, what would that mean to me?
It is kind a form of facing your fears and you would be surprised how that fear which once had so much power over you, would be disarmed, disseminated, and become ineffective. What do you think? Comments are welcomed and encouraged...
