The thoughts and messages you write in your journal are sacred expressions of who you are-God's beloved creation. When you open the pages of your journal, you are entering into a private, sacred place. Take time each day or whenever possible to reflect on the love of God and write in your journal what is in your heart; you will gain a new appreciation for life.
It gives you hope and you no longer have to put up with being treated unfairly, your needs are being met, and it provides a tremendous reduction of fear. Some emotional habits are moments that show the way out of the conditioning of encrusted core models of ourselves and others.
To be free, acknowledge the ways in which we are caught up. Sufferings are learned habits-unlearn them and choose not to continue in it; it's a certain level of emotional distancing; being present is the antidote to the past.
