Emotional Spending-Are the money rules you've been living by for years still working for you? Live on less and reuse what you can. The more money we make, the more we are inclined to spend. Are those purchases wants or needs? Try this, pretend that you make less than you do for about one or two months ( to test the theory). This way you can identify your spending leaks and buying habits that your're not aware of.
Put the money you don't spend impulsively in an envelope that you can't dip into. Brown bag it for a while, it's cost effective and more healthy. Put the difference in that envelope and at the end of the month or two, evaluate your results (Woman's Day March, 2015).
