Staying healthy starts with the mind. A broad range of forgetfulness is usually normal, but humans have a limited capacity for memory. What is not normal is when forgetting becomes frequent and pervasive, like when we forget big events or appointments and unknowingly repeating ourselves over and over.
It is hard for the brain to endure multi-tasking because it's hard for our brain to do more than one thing at a time effectively. Focus on when and where you put things or do things instead of simultaneously doing too many other things; our days will be a lot more efficient, (REDBOOKMAG.COM)
