Ignorance is not bliss, it is learned. Bliss arrives with the stillness of the mind. The goal of the “mantra” of meditation is Transcendental Consciousness, when the mind loses contact with the outside and is content in this state; it is like going in a “zone” and where the mind transcends the finest aspect of thought. You come in contact with your “being” (state of existence), completely silent, at rest, yet fully awake internally, it reduces stress and promotes peace.
